Our bikes are designed to be nearly ready to ride right out of the box. Most models arrive 95% assembled, requiring only a few simple steps like attaching the handlebars and pedals using the included toolkit.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for items in new, unused condition. Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every new Lectric eBike comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship on the frame, motor, battery, and electrical components.
