Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your eBike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid additional restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that the odometer must show fewer than 10 miles for a full refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
